These terms apply to swiftforcesolution.com, accounts.swiftforcesolution.com and the Swift Force worker, employer and staff portals (the site). By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
When you fill out and sign a form on the site - for example Form I-9, Form W-4 or Maryland Form MW507 - you agree to do it electronically, and your electronic signature counts the same as a signature by hand. You can ask us for a copy of any form you signed.
Clocking in on the worker portal checks your phone's location at that moment to confirm you are at the work site. Clock in only for yourself, and only when you are at the site and ready to work. The hours you record must be true.
Our staffing services for employers are covered by the written agreement between Swift Force and the employer. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement applies.
Do not try to get into accounts or areas that are not yours, interfere with how the site works, copy it with automated tools, or use it for anything unlawful.
The site and its content belong to Swift Force Solutions. You may use them to look for work, to work with us, or to do business with us.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or online. As far as the law allows, Swift Force is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under employment or wage laws.
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
